Celebrity America Ferrera is well known for starring in ABC- TV’s "Ugly Betty". She was an ugly duckling wearing braces. However, in her real life, the celebrity actress doesn’t require the braces that have been on-screen signature of her. Back in 2006, the GlaxoSmithKline brand Aquafresh insured her smile for $10 million with Lloyds of London. The insurance policy was part of a program for raising money for ”Smiles for Success,” which is a nationwide organization providing a free dental care for women that are transitioned from welfare to work.
The famous actress responded: "It is very flattering to have my smile insured for $10 million. It is not something that I ever imagined could happen."
